With their commitment to remaining hands on, they have assembled a team of Professionals to work closely on the process of buying and selling real estate. To facilitate their clients, Team Ali has separate Residential and Commercial divisions.

As Javed & Shazia were involved in real estate since 2002, with their hard work, growing success and increasing clientele, Team Ali was actually formed in 2010. With the dedication of Javed & Shazia and the support of a strong team and big banner marketing along with the unwavering trust of our valuable clients, we were able to achieve our strongest numbers in 2011 & 2012. Team Ali has been awarded the ranking of #1 Team in RE/MAX Legacy for 2010, 2011 & 2012* and # 4 Team RE/MAX in Entire Canada**. 

Team Ali invests heavily in print and outdoor marketing, as well as web marketing by means of social media across the Greater Toronto Area to make sure the clients’ properties get maximum exposure. Consisting of a diverse group of agents, Team Ali is comfortable dealing with all ethnic backgrounds. Each member of the team is trained to answer all the questions their clients have and give them professional service in a comfortable environment.

Due to continuous growth, Team Ali established its own independent office in the third quarter of 2011 under RE/MAX Legacy Realty Inc. In spite of the expansion of RE/MAX Legacy from 1 to 3 branches, and from 60 to approximately 300 agents, Team Ali strived to maintain #1 ranking within the Legacy group and has become nothing short of a phenomenon proving through time and excellent service what it takes to win.

Meet Our Team

 
JAVED ALI
Having completed Masters in Mechanical Engineering from US and worked in upper management with different multi-national companies, Javed has great aptitude and management skills. He has a great tendency to make people comfortable in his company as soon as they have their first conversation with him, as he thinks that real estate is all about trust and results. He is a strong negotiator and helps his clients genuinely in their tough decision-making process using his expertise and experience.

He started real estate as an investor and acquired immense knowledge gradually, doing his own investments; and then there was no looking back. Today, he has a firm command on commercial real estate and knows all the pros and cons of any and all kind of investments. He does all kind of residential real estate too. His strong educational background and professional attitude can definitely make a difference in your future decision.

SHAZIA ALI
Having a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Shazia has always excelled academically. She’s very dedicated and hard working. She plunged into real estate as it seemed very interesting in GTA’s competitive market.

Shazia enjoys giving prudent and honest service to each of her clients and listening to them. She has a good understanding of residential real estate in Mississauga/Brampton area and her target is to answer all of her clients’ questions and queries. Working with people to make their dreams come true, building their trust and providing them with the best of service is her goal.

 

RICK OSAHAN
A highly motivated, energetic and diligent self starter with exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills, Rick has strong relationship building techniques.

He completed a Master's degree in Commerce and gained over 15 years of work experience which helped him polish his interpersonal skills. He stays confident and decisive in stressful conditions. He works comfortably with residential as well as commercial clients.

Through his experience, he has thrived on bettering himself through his education and experience. Rick is fluent in speaking and understanding English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

 

CHRISTINE FAILLA
Christine Failla brings more than seven years of experience in client relations and communication management for teams. She understands the importance of coordination and promptness to ensure that tasks are completed and goals are achieved. She has transferred her excellent customer relation skills to assist the team in their communications both internally and externally.

She is goal-orientated with a desire to succeed. She always display genuine appreciation for discretion and professionalism, is able to accept and assume responsibility, and has the ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices of Real Estate and Team Ali.

 

RIZWAN EHSAN
Rizwan brings more than 15 years of diverse experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer service in various fields He has a Masters Degree in Business. He always places his client's needs first, with a goal to provide world class customer service by building relationship, understanding their needs and requirements and providing them with practical solution with a sense of urgency and sound judgment. Rizwan is fully committed, service driven, diligent, honest and has a growing reputation as a real estate professional.
